How to choose the correct activity level:
Sedentary: No physical activity / Desk job.
Lightly Active: 1-2 Workouts a week, a desk job and at least 2000 - 4000 steps a day.
Moderately Active: 3-4 Workouts, desk job or moderately busy and at least 4000 - 6000 steps daily.
Very Active: 4-5 Workouts and at least 8000 - 10 000 steps a day.
Extra Active: 5+ workouts and 12 000+ steps a day.
